SIGNATURE PRODUCTS: Our Modelbody family of products have been featured in numerous international magazines as the celebrity secret for reducing body fat and building tone, while also beautifying hair and skin with ultrapremium antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.  Our highly effective 3-Step System is the exact program that we use to blitz our celebrity clientele into optimal shape for film and tv roles, photoshoots, and red carpet events.  The results from this system are very specific:  lean, toned, and defined.  The official products of the Sofitel's luxurious SoFIT gyms and spas.

SPEAKING/SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS: Modelbody offers seminars, workshops, and guest speaking all centered around the subject of healthy mind, body, and soul unity.  Topics include stress reduction, team building, focus, balance, office fitness, nutrition, and organization.

IMMERSION RETREATS: Through our partnerships with some of the most elite hospitality organizations in the world, we offer immersion retreats to allow clients to fully experience the Modelbody way of life.  A complete immersion into mind, body, and soul balance allows for an escape from hectic living and a return to human elements by connecting oneself with nature, health, and relaxation.  We have available concierge services that allow your businesses to be monitored so you can remain Blackberry and iPhone-free.
